Copyright: All photos and videos remain the intellectual property of the creator unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive usage rights as defined in our agreement. Commercial use requires explicit permission.

Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for securing permissions or permits for locations. Delays due to missing permissions are not the responsibility of the service provider.

Unforeseen Disruptions: We are not liable for events beyond our control (e.g., weather). We’ll make reasonable efforts to reschedule when necessary.

Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion, based on the pricing plan agreed upon in advance. Deliverables are released after full payment.

GDPR & Data Protection: In accordance with GDPR, any personal data collected (e.g., contact details) is handled securely. By engaging our services, clients consent to the use of their images for agreed-upon purposes. Consent can be withdrawn, but it may affect ongoing or planned projects.
